The referrer is rewarded 30 days after their referral's actual purchase. The reward is paid directly into the referrer's bank account.
Referral rewards are paid 30 days after the referral's purchase on the Jegaine website. These rewards are conditional on the referral's order being valid, meaning there must be no cancellation or total or partial return of the order. The amount of the referral bonus depends on the amount of the godchild's purchase: For an order between €36.00 and €39.80 the referral bonus is €5 per referral, For an order between €39.80 and €45.00 the sponsorship bonus is €10 per godchild, For an order between €59.70 and €63.00 the sponsorship bonus is €15 per godchild, For an order between €79.60 and €100.00 the sponsorship bonus is €20 per godchild, For an order of more than €100.00, the sponsorship bonus is €25 per referral.
As part of our referral program, we are happy to reward our referrers for each new referral they refer who makes a successful purchase. However, to ensure the fairness and transparency of this program, we have implemented the following conditions regarding refund disputes: 30 Day Security Period: The referral bonus will be paid to the referrer once the referral has made a successful purchase. However, there is a 30-day safety period following the purchase date during which the referral's order must remain without any refund disputes. Refund Dispute after 30 Days: If the referral opens a refund dispute for their order after the 30-day safety period, the referrer may be asked to partially or fully refund the referral bonus received. Notification and Reimbursement Terms: In the event of a refund dispute, the sponsor will be notified by our customer service department and provided with the terms and conditions for refunding the referral bonus. The refund must be made within 15 days of notification. Jegaine Loyalty Program cards are nominative, personal, and reserved for individuals for non-professional use. They cannot be transferred and are not payment cards under any circumstances. Rules and Restrictions Unique card per person: There can only be one Loyalty Program card per person (same last name, first name(s), address, email and/or telephone number). Associated benefits can be combined. Verification and Validity Jegaine reserves the right to conduct checks to verify the validity of the subscription. If Jegaine finds that the same person holds multiple Loyalty Program cards, the member's data and benefits will only be counted once on a single card. Additional cards will be deactivated and purged of their duplicate bonuses and benefits. Information Update At any time, the member can update his or her personal information by contacting customer service directly from the "Contact Us" page on the site. Compliance and Use The member agrees to use the Jegaine Loyalty Program in accordance with the provisions of these general terms and conditions. Data Collection Jegaine collects members' personal data when they register for the Jegaine Loyalty Program on the website jegainelingerie.com, the Jegaine mobile app (available on iPhone and Android), or in-store. This information is obtained either verbally in-store by a sales associate or in writing via the registration form on the website jegainelingerie.com or the Jegaine mobile app. If a customer already has an account on the jegainelingerie.com website and wishes to join the Jegaine Loyalty Program, they can do so online and complete any missing information required to participate in the program. Online account details that have not been changed when joining the Jegaine Loyalty Program are considered updated in the member's profile and will be used in accordance with the terms and conditions and the Privacy and Cookie Policy. Members can also link their Jegaine Loyalty Card, obtained in-store, to their online account to benefit from the advantages of the jegainelingerie.com website. They must then provide their Loyalty Card number and, if necessary, complete any missing data or verify any inconsistent information. Jegaine reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions and will inform members of any changes by the means deemed most appropriate, whether by mail, email, or by updating the new general terms and conditions on the jegaine.fr website. Furthermore, Jegaine cannot guarantee that accumulated and unused bonuses and/or purchase days will be reused in any form whatsoever as part of an evolution of the program. Jegaine reserves the right not to contact inactive members of the Jegaine Loyalty Program (i.e. those who have not made a purchase for more than 12 months by presenting their Jegaine Loyalty Card) to inform them of any changes to the program. No modification, development or deletion of the Jegaine Loyalty Program will entitle the member to compensation.
The Jegaine Loyalty Program rewards members based on purchases made on the Jegaine online site by their referrals. In the event of inactivity, if a member does not make any purchases or referrals with their Jegaine loyalty card for a period of 18 consecutive months, their accumulated benefits will be lost. Furthermore, to benefit from the advantages of the Jegaine Loyalty Program, members must comply with the program's terms and conditions and behave loyally toward Jegaine. Thus, Jegaine reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently deactivate a loyalty card, and to cancel the associated benefits, in the event of abuse or non-compliant behavior on the part of the member. This suspension or deactivation will be notified to the member by Jegaine, by the means deemed most appropriate. No compensation will be granted to the member in the following cases: Fraud, attempted fraud or theft on the Jegaine site, Inappropriate use or misuse of the Jegaine Loyalty Program, Disruptive behavior towards the Jegaine site, the Jegaine Loyalty Program or the services offered, Excessive number of transactions on the same day or over several days, Payment incident not resolved within one month from the reminder from Jegaine, Failure to comply with the provisions of the general conditions of the Jegaine Loyalty Program.
Jegaine declines all responsibility in the event of any malfunction of the Jegaine Loyalty Program and any direct or indirect consequences that may result. However, in the event of a malfunction, Jegaine undertakes to do everything possible to allow the member to retain the benefit of their accumulated bonuses and purchase days. In the event of loss or theft of the Jegaine Loyalty Program card, the member must contact Jegaine Customer Service at the following address: "Jegaine Customer Service - 15, rue du Hottot, 14610 Basly - France". A new card will be sent to the member's address as soon as possible, allowing them to retain the benefit of their unused bonuses and shopping days accumulated on the previous card.
