At JEGAINE.FR, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We have therefore implemented a return policy allowing you to return your order or part of it under certain conditions.

Return Conditions:

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your order to register your return request. The items must then be returned without undue delay, and at the latest within 30 days of registering your return.
  • Items must be new , unworn , unwashed , with their original tags and in their original packaging . Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be refunded.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened underwear and lingerie cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Return Procedure:

  1. Check your package : If your order contains return instructions, please follow them to return your package directly to the address provided.
  2. No instructions in the package? Visit our Help Center to register your return request and obtain a form with specific instructions.

Important note : Do not return your items to our head office. All returns must be sent directly to the address of the retailer that shipped your order.

Exceptions:

Some items cannot be returned, namely:

  • Customized products or products made to your specifications.
  • Items of underwear, lingerie, makeup products, or other products where opening presents a risk to hygiene, unless they are defective or damaged.

Return Fees:

  • Shipping costs for returning items are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • If you return your entire order to the same retailer, we will refund the original standard delivery charge.
  • If your order comes from multiple retailers, each item will need to be returned separately to each seller.

Tip : We recommend using a tracked return service with insurance covering the value of the items, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return.

Damaged or Defective Goods:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Help Center as soon as possible.
  • The retailer will likely ask you for a photo or video of the item to quickly process your claim.
  • The most common solutions include a replacement of the item, a discount in the event of a minor defect, or a full refund if the product cannot be replaced.

Refusal of Delivery:

If you refuse delivery without valid reason (for example, if the packaging is intact and the items are not defective), the return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the items by the retailer.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been accepted.
  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund delivery times vary depending on your bank or payment provider (1 to 5 business days).

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we invite you to place a new order and follow the return procedure described above for the unwanted item.
